- What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
- How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
- What kind of Warranty do you offer?
- We offer an unconditional 30 day warranty. You pay for shipping back to us though.
- Will it work if I have a case or covering on my iPhone?
- If your case is flat it will work. If you case is textured it won't. The suction cup needs a smooth surface.
- Will this work for kids?
- Probably. We tried to make the elastic strap with as much slack as possible so that it will work for as many people as possible. If you have a really skinny kid, it probably won't work.
- Will it work with Blackberry or Palm devices?
- Absolutely. The Thiphone works perfectly with either brand of device.
- Can I get a price break if I want to buy a large quantity?
- Sure. The price break depends upon the quantity you would like to purchase. Use the contact page to get in touch with us. We are currently negotiating some very large distribution deals.
